I am able to make any building kit for you and can adapt the kit in such as way that it becomes your unique model.
These are a few of the kits I've changed.
I extended the front of the building to create a bay window, added a central chimney, and wrapped the shell in the TX271-00 Cotswold Stone paper.
I stepped the shop front back by about 5mm, and added a new front gable, to give the classic Tudor overhung style façade.
I added an extra piece of wall between the two kits and moved the shop front over to open the passage way. A half boat full of flowers over the door completes the scene.
This simple change was achieved by moving the rear porch to one end and opening out one of the doorways.
By opening the rear wall, and adding a corridor with a booking office window, this multi-use kit has become a country station.
By adding a simple shelf & awning, the building site container becomes a small cafe.
Here I've used a shop front, windows, parts of frets and weathered slates to make a small shop.
By adapting the Temporary Portable offices and some walkways, I created the inside of a TMD shed as a photo plank.
