Having passed this building, I went back and took several photos, with the owner's permission. This old workshop used to be the village carpenter's and has curved oak beams and a saw pit inside.
The walls, hanging tiles and roof tiles are mainly MDF or card off-cuts, individually shaped and painted initially with a brown undercoat, followed by dry-brushing each stone, brick and tile. The doors are card, scribed and with cut-out and re-filled sections, again dry-brushed, and weathered.
The window is small rectangles of transparent sheet, overlaid in columns and separated by plastic strip. Grass and shrubbery was added to a small ground area, and a dowel used for the telegraph pole.
